About the Role Right now, we are looking for a Registered Nurse(s) with lots of compassion and an interest in mental health to become part of the team here in Timaru. You will join our Inpatient multidisciplinary team, who use the Strengths Model approach to assist client recovery. We hope you will make a difference in this positive team environment, where initiative is rewarded with active support allowing for high standards of service delivery.

The role includes responsibility for inpatient clients identified with moderate to severe psychiatric disorders who are in the acute stage, requiring a period of close observation &/or intensive intervention where this is unable to be safely provided in the community. Input into comprehensive clinical assessments and the development of recovery / treatment plans is required. About You You will be a Registered Nurse with mental health experience and someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
